All suppliers and/or customers who wish to conduct business with the Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited must complete the Know Your Customers (KYC) onboarding process.
Please download and complete the available forms. The required supporting documents are listed below and are also stated on the KYC Questionnaire. Kindly follow certifications requirements prior to submission.

- Annual Return (Latest Version) or Form 10-K
- Source of Funds (Applicable for individuals owning 75% or more of the company with documentary evidence)
- Bank Reference Letter
- Country of Origin of Products
- Certification of Incorporation
- Notice of Directors
- Notice of Company Address
- Corporate Ownership Structure
- Corporate/Business Profile – Company Website or Brochure
- Articles of Amendment for Company Name Change (where applicable)
- Import License (where applicable)
