Who We Are

Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited (PARIA) was established on October 5, 2018. It is a fully-owned subsidiary of Trinidad Petroleum Holding Company Limited (TPHL), which is itself owned by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. PARIA primarily focuses on trading refined products, storing and handling both crude and refined products, as well as terminal operations.

What We Do

A hydrocarbon storage, transmission and trading company.
  • Physical trade of refined petroleum products for supply to Trinidad and Tobago and the Region.
  • Sales to local and regional markets of ~40,000 bpd
  • Storage and distribution of refined petroleum products locally via Truck Rack Systems and regionally via our marine terminal.
  • Storage, treatment and marine handling of crude oil for export.
  • Bunkering operations in the Gulf of Paria ~3,000 – 3,800 bpd.
