Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited is pleased to advise that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of Clean Products (GASOLINE 95 RON, GASOLINE 92 RON, HIGH SULPHUR DIESEL, ULTRA LOW SULPHUR DIESEL AND JET FUEL) will be issued to its registered suppliers on 2026 October 12.
 
Initial offers required by 2026 October 15 and awarded by 2026 October 23.

On-boarding Process

All suppliers and/or customers who wish to conduct business with the Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited must complete the Know Your Customers (KYC) onboarding process.

Please download and complete the available forms. The required supporting documents are listed below and are also stated on the KYC Questionnaire. Kindly follow certifications requirements prior to submission.

  • Source of Funds (Applicable for individuals owning 75% or more of the company with documentary evidence)
  • Bank Reference Letter

  • Certification of Incorporation
  • Notice of Directors
  • Notice of Company Address
  • Corporate Ownership Structure
  • Corporate/Business Profile – Company Website or Brochure
  • Articles of Amendment for Company Name Change (where applicable)
  • Import License (where applicable)
