Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited is pleased to advise that the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply of Very Low Sulphur Fuel Oil (VLSFO) will be issued to its registered suppliers on 2026 January 07.
 
Initial offers required by 2026 January 09 and awarded by 2026 January 21.

On-boarding Process

All suppliers and/or customers who wish to conduct business with the Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited must complete the Know Your Customers (KYC) onboarding process.

  • Source of Funds (Applicable for individuals owning 75% or more of the company with documentary evidence)
  • Bank Reference Letter
  • Country of Origin of Products
  • Certification of Incorporation
  • Notice of Directors
  • Notice of Company Address
  • Corporate Ownership Structure
  • Corporate/Business Profile – Company Website or Brochure
  • Articles of Amendment for Company Name Change (where applicable)
  • Import License (where applicable)
