About Terminal Operations

Paria’s terminal operations are divided into two sections Offshore and Onshore operations.

PARIA operates one (1) bunker tanker which delivers IFO and gas oil bunkers within the Gulf of Paria. Bunker tanker capacity – IFO [29,945] barrels; Gas oil – [15,700] barrels.

Offshore Operations

Offshore Operations are further sub-divided into two sections:

  • Port Operations – responsible for Tanker/Vessel turnaround and port facilities (availability/reliability), on a 24-hour daily basis. This includes four (4) finger pier berths and two (2) Sea Island berths.
  • Vessel Operations – responsible for all marine craft including the chartering of tugs, bunker barges and launch vessels. Marine Services plays a key role in bunker operations. This includes Three (3) launches, two (2) Tugs and one (1) bunker tanker.

Onshore Operations

The Onshore Operations are also sub-divided into two sections:

  • Storage (Tank Farms, Pipelines and Pump houses)
  • Distribution (Bond)
