Her exposure to a wide range of business cultures, spanning local, regional, and multinational organizations, has equipped her with the agility to navigate complex workforce dynamics and lead transformational change in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Notably, Geeta’s leadership extends beyond traditional HR, having also served as Head of Operations in the oil and gas sector for four years, where she demonstrated her capacity to lead business- critical functions in high-stakes environments.
