Following the widespread flooding that impacted various parts of southern Trinidad during mid-December 2019, Paria Fuel Trading Company Limited (Paria) employees yesterday (Monday, January 06, 2020) donated thousands of dollars’ worth of hampers and other items to the Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Caring 4 Community Foundation. The Company’semployees collected the items during a Flood Relief Drive from December 17 to 31, 2019.
This NGO, which operates in the community of Fyzabad and environs, will oversee the distribution of items to the local flood victims.
Terminal Operations Manager, Mr. Collin Piper who made the presentation on behalf of the Company and employees, commended the employees for their initiative and generous response to the Flood Relief Drive and expressed his confidence that Paria will continue to lend support to the community and the country as a whole.
